He also read from “In the Matter of Isabel” his first novel, which was launched at the same time as Bookshuk. A very funny and touching legal romcom, from an accomplished screenwriter.
We all had a good time at Costa, which was where the book was written on Paul’s regular visits there. The book acknowledges the lovely Chiara, manageress, and she was there serving coffee and cakes to everyone as usual, very happy to have her name in print at the back of the book.
