David Samuel Levinson has written a novel and collection of short stories, and is the recipient of prize nominations and writing fellowships in the US. He is a Fellow in Fiction at Emory University. This novel is set in 2022 in an increasingly anti-Semitic environment. The Jacobson family gather for Pesach in LA, and decide to end their father’s dominance over them all. Funny, “bonkers” – this is “a comic novel firing on all cylinders”, and offering an alarming comment on being Jewish in America.
