This 108 year old family business in the East End of London has met the perfect historian to tell its story. Pam Fox has collected mainly oral history material and told the memories and anecdotes that enliven this account of this successful  bakery.  A wonderful read, with photographs.  Rinkoff continues to serve its community, and the family has created an iconic enterprise.
